Extension plans for Kemp Hospice

A KIDDERMINSTER hospice has submitted a planning application to upgrade its facilities and re-design its garden.

An extension to Kemp Hospice’s Mason Road facilities would see the charity reclaim back rooms in its existing building and refurbish them into therapy and service rooms.

The garden re-design would provide a unified central space both for group activities and calming and relaxing views from within the hospice.

A consultation period on the application is underway and proposals could make their way before Wyre Forest District Council’s planning committee later this year.
