Visiting restrictions relaxed at Kidderminster Hospital

VISITING restrictions at Kidderminster Hospital have been relaxed as Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust brings cases of norovirus under control.

People no longer need to phone ahead to arrange a visit however visiting is still restricted to immediate family members and only two visitors at a time.

The trust has also relaxed restrictions at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Visitors are being reminded that they should not enter the hospitals if they have experienced diarrhoea or vomiting in the past 48 hours.

Outpatient appointments are running as normal.
