SOMETHING fishy was going on at a Kidderminster primary school when they were visited by supermarket employees.

Sainsbury’s workers Sarah Edwards and Paul Childs visited year five children at Franche Community Primary School to teach them about the importance of fish.

They talked to the children about the benefits and cooked them up a tasty treat of mussels, salmon and loch trout.

Sainsbury’s is developing reasonable sources to buy more sustainable fish and seafood as well as favourites cod, tuna, haddock and salmon.

The supermarket chain is also looking into how people could eat other fish such as coley, hake, lemon sole, pollock and lob trout to help regenerate popular fish stocks.
