A TWO-hour Zumbathon is being organised by Kemp Hospice to help raise money for people in Wyre Forest with life-limiting illnesses.

The event will take place on Saturday (feb 23) at Kidderminster Town Hall from 1pm to 3pm.

Anyone who wants to dance, work out or just see what all the fuss is about can take part in the Zumbathon.

The dance craze is easy to follow and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Kate Wilkinson, events fundraiser, said: “The Zumbathon dance party is a great way to have fun, get fit and raise money for Kemp. We had more than 70 people take part last year, who raised an incredible £3,300.

“We’re hoping to wiggle and giggle our way to beating that.”

All the money raised will provide support for people in Wyre Forest and surrounding areas with life-limiting illnesses and those coping with bereavement.
