A TRAINING course to help unemployed people across Wyre Forest find jobs in the security industry has been launched.
Training and recruitment firm eResponse Recruitment, which has its training academy in Kidderminster, has unveiled its new Professional Security Programme which aims to help people who are out of work master the various skills and disciplines they need to find jobs in security.
The new two-week programme, which has already trained hundreds of successful candidates from across Worcestershire, is taught by training experts from eResponse and focuses on skills such as door supervision, crime prevention techniques, CCTV, evidence gathering and stewarding for spectators.
Paul Alekna, the firm’s managing director, said: “We are offering our new security training programme completely free of charge to unemployed people. It’s proving to be a big attraction as applicants see they can go on to receive vital qualifications to help them find temporary or permanent work."
