WYRE Forest residents are being urged to tell the county council how its budget for support services should be spent.
Worcestershire County Council's directorate of adult services and health has a budget of £143 million in 2013/14 but that is due to be slashed by £13 million next year and £32 million by 2016/17.
Council leaders say they will continue to spend about £6.5 million a year in prevention and early help services and local people can have a say on how the money is spent.
Overall, next year's Worcestershire County Council spending budget will be cut by £30 million and then £25 million per year until at least 2016/17.
The consultation runs until January 21, 2014 and can be accessed at worcestershire.gov.uk/futurelives.
