A FIRE that saw a shed and 20 metres of fencing set alight in Kidderminster is being treated as suspicious by firefighters.

Two appliances from Kidderminster were called to Poplar Road at 10.48pm last night.

Watch Commander Len Rees, of Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, said: "It's being treated as suspicious because there wasn't a power supply to the shed and there wasn't anything there that could have spontaneously combusted."

There were no injuries. West Mercia Police have confirmed they are investigating the incident.
