GROUPS, businesses and organisations are being asked to hit the high notes and form a choir to raise funds for Kemp Hospice.

The Last Choir Standing event will take place at Kidderminster Town Hall on December 10 so budding choirs have plenty of time to get practising.

Kemp Hospice fundraiser Alice McMahon said: “This event is a great way for the local community to get together, enjoy the festivities and take part in something that really benefits the community they live in.

"We have had amazing support in the past and I am really looking forward to the event in December."

Each choir is asked to put together an eight-minute performance using music of their choice but no previous singing experience necessary.
