A MAN accused of using his brothers identity to get a driving license has been referred to Worcester Crown Court.
Damion Clarke, of Ruskin Road, Wolverhampton, entered no plea to the charges of perverting the course of justice, fraud and possessing identity cards and documents with intent to establish personal facts about himself, all of which happened in Kidderminster between 2008 and 2014, when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 23.
District Judge Nigel Cadbury committed the case to Worcester Crown Court for a hearing on February 9 next year.
The 30-year-old was granted unconditional bail.
