A MAN appeared at a Kidderminster court charged with two counts of sexual assault and one attempted sexual assault.
David Iain Lowley, 57, of Larches Road, Kidderminster, did not enter a plea to the alleged offences, which took place on June 7 and 26, when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 23.
District Judge Nigel Cadbury sent the case to Worcester Crown Court to be heard on February 9.
