Not guilty plea to assaulting police officer in Stourport
A MAN has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a police officer in Stourport.
James White, of Wharton Street, Nechells, Birmingham, also denied being drunk and disorderly in the town on October 25 when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 13.
The 21-year-old was granted unconditional bail to appear at the court again for a trial on February 27.
