Kidderminster man denies assault
A 31-YEAR-OLD man has denied assaulting another man in Kidderminster.
Stephen Bryant, of Walter Nash Road West, pleaded not guilty to the offence, which is alleged to have happened on January 17, when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 19.
The case was adjourned until May 22 and Bryant was granted bail on the condition he does not enter Yellowhammer Court, in Kidderminster, does not contact directly or indirectly the victim or any witnesses, and does not enter Hurcott Road.
