A KIDDERMINSTER scout group have been left devastated after their trailer was stolen from outside their head quarters in Broadwaters Drive.
The trailer, which was kept padlocked to a post in the ground, was stolen between 11am on Sunday, March 1, and 6pm on Monday, March 2.
The distinctive custom made trailer, is around five foot by 10 foot, and is red and green in colour. The group noticed the trailer was missing when the cubs came to their pack meeting on Monday evening.
The trailer was a vital part of equipment to the cubs and scouts in Broadwaters, as it enabled the group to transport tents and equipment to camp in the summer months.
Marcus Hill, scout group chairman, said that they will now have to redirect their fundraising efforts from other projects into replacing the trailer as it was a important piece of equipment and vital to the success of the group.
Anyone with information about the trailer, should contact police on 101, quoting incident number 0628 5 020315.
