A WORCESTER man has pleaded not guilty to threatening a man in Kidderminster after the two were allegedly seen 'squaring up' to each other.
Jack Legros, 22 of Callows Orchard, in Rushwick, Worcester, denied using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or, of provoke, unlawful violence, towards the second man on December 23 last year when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, March 12.
The defendant was granted bail on the conditions he does not enter Kidderminster and is not drunk in a public place to return to the court on May 22 for a trial.
