A 33-YEAR-OLD Kidderminster man has appeared before a judge accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on another man, who later died.
Michael Paul Davis, of Queen Elizabeth Road, is accused of attacking Anthony Jordan, 29, in Dixon Street, Kidderminster, on October 12 last year.
Mr Jordan died in hospital on February 24.
Michael Burrows QC, prosecuting, told Worcester Crown Court the results of a post mortem were now awaited before the case could continue further.
Judge Robert Juckes QC adjourned the hearing until June 26 and allowed Davis’s bail to continue on condition that he has no contact with any prosecution witness.
