A PERFORMANCE by a vocal quartet at Kidderminster Town Hall raised more than £700 for Multiple Sclerosis.

Berkeley Square were joined by David Lawrence, Holborne Brass, Nos Novem and pupils from St. Anne’s CE Primary School, to bring together songs made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland.

The concert was in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, a charity close to the groups heart.

Claire Darby, a member of Berkeley Square, said: “We were thrilled with the support we had for the concert and the amount of money raised.

“We chose the MS Society, as it’s very close to our hearts, as my mom has had MS for more than 40 years.

“We are hoping to sing again for the society at a fundraiser in June and we are planning to make the Berkeley Square Christmas Special a regular event with this year’s concert being held on Friday, December 18, at the Town Hall. Watch this space for charity and ticket details.

“One again we would like to thank the Holborne Brass, Nos Novem and the children of St Anne’s Primary School for sharing the stage.”
