A MAN charged with three driving offences claims police were mistaken when they allegedly saw him driving.
Jason Mahoney denied drink-driving without insurance all while being disqualified on May 3 when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 21.
The court was told the defence was that the 43-year-old, of Wordsworth Crescent, Kidderminster, was simply not driving.
The case was adjourned for a trial on August 18 at Worcester Magistrates' Court and he was granted unconditional bail.
