POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a pick-up truck failed to stop after catching a pedestrians foot in Kidderminster.

The incident occurred between 12pm and 12.30pm on Monday, June 22, in Green Street, near to B&Q.

The victim had a boot cast on his right foot and as he crossed the street, the pick-up truck caught his foot, causing the victim considerable pain. The truck did not stop at the incident.

The last letters of the registration are thought to be FTW or FWT and the first few digits are believed to contain a three.

The pick-up truck is described as white, with metal mesh where the window should be behind the driver.

The driver is thought to be a white man with tanned skin, between 40 and 50 years of age, of medium build with long dark wavy hair. He was also believed to be wearing a white vest.
