SCOUTS in Kidderminster will be helping spread Christmas cheer across the town with their 24th annual seasonal postal deliveries.
Kidderminster & District Scouts will be delivering residents’ post to addresses in Kidderminster, Cookley, Wolverley and Blakedown for just 20p.
These stamps went on sale from Wednesday (November 25) and will be available until 4pm on Friday, December 18.
Sorting will begin on that Friday with deliveries beginning the following day.
All post boxes will be green and can be found in outlets around the district. A full list of locations is available from the Town Hall, Library and various shops.
Joan Nutland, from Kidderminster & District Scouts said that it was important for people to remember that cards for outside the stated areas and those addressed to Santa must not be posted as they cannot be delivered.
If anyone is unable to get to town to find out where they can purchase stamps and post cards, can ring Joan on 01562 823609 for their nearest outlet.
