AROUND 950 homes in Kidderminster were left without electricity this morning (Monday, February 8) after a power cut in the area.
A spokesman for Western Power confirmed most supplies in the DY10, DY11 and DY12 areas were back on at around 12.30pm.
Around 85 properties in Stourport were also affected - in the DY13 and DY14 areas.
The company hoped they could restore all power in Kidderminster and Stourport by 4pm.

The power cut caused the Hub at Kidderminster Town Hall to close, but it has since reopened.
Power is now restored in Kidderminster and The Hub at Kidderminster Town Hall is open once again - apologies for the inconvenience
