A 34-YEAR-old man has been given a criminal behaviour order preventing him from committing further issues in Kidderminster.
Mark Reece, of Harold Evers Way, was handed the criminal behaviour order (CBO) in August.
The CBO prevents him from behaving in any way that causes or is likely to cause any person harassment, alarm or distress, by using foul, abusive or offensive language or behaviour in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner in any public place in England or Wales.
The order also prevents him from acting or inciting others to act in an anti-social manner.
He is also not allowed to enter the Peacock public house, under the order.
The order will last for three years. If he breaches the order, he could face a custodial sentence.
Residents are asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, if they see Mark Reece breaching the order.
