PEOPLE from across Wyre Forest will come together this weekend to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day.
Members of the community will meet at the Holocaust Memorial Stone outside St Mary and All Saints Church on Sunday, January 29 at 11.45am ahead of a ceremony that starts at 12noon.
Prayers will be said on behalf of local churches and the Jewish community.
The guest speaker will be Mrs Loree Napier who came to England from Germany on the Kindertransport.
Students from King Charles 1 School will also lay a wreath in memory of child victims of the Holocaust.
All of those attending are asked to bring a flower to lay at the Memorial.
