THE first Kidderminster Boys' Brigade is holding a coffee morning on Saturday, February 18 at Milton Hall Baptist Church, Lorne Street.
The event, between at 10.30am and noon, is to raise money and support for six of its senior boys from Kidderminster and two from the company in Lye, to walk 60 miles of the Pennine Way in July.
The group is also raising money for the Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA) The walk will go towards the Queens badge which is the highest award in the Boys' Brigade.
Brigade members will meet people at the coffee morning, where the route of the walk will be on show.
The Boys Brigade will walk the 10 miles from Lye to Kidderminster before the coffee morning.
