River search after reports of man falling in at Bewdley

AN overnight search has taken place after a man was seen to fall in the river at Bewdley.

Police and fire service personel and members of the Severn Area Rescue Association carried out the extensive search from 3am this morning.

No one was found in the river and the search was called off at 6.45am.
