As well as it being a fantastic weekend for all involved the beavers at the 7th Kidderminster (Comberton & Offmore) managed a great achievement not only for a lot of them it was their first camp as Beaver Scouts, they were the first within Kidderminster & District scouting to sleep outdoors under canvas.
The beavers joined the cubs and scouts who had camped at Rhydd Covert Campsite from the Friday evening the 15th July, The theme was Christmas, they carried out many Christmas activities including the making of a Christmas tree, followed by a full Christmas dinner to keep with tradition. The highlight of the day was Santa taking a break from his holiday to come visit the camp.
