The Tuesday night charity darts league certainly hit the mark when they donated £405 to the 1st Kidderminster Sea Scouts, Cubs & Beavers on Tuesday 25th September at Cue and Brew on Prospect Hill Kidderminster.
The league of 6 teams, each with 11 players, pay £1 per person per match home & away. The collected funds are then donated to a charity in need.
Marge Morris, the team's organiser & on the night presenter, was very pleased the money was going to the Scout Group. "To help such a worthwhile cause makes the fund raising not only enjoyable but very rewarding"
Matt Whitehead, on behalf of 1st kidderminster Scout Group thanked the members of the charity league and assured them the young people in the group would directly benefit from this super gift.
