A great weekend was had by all, the whole group camped at Rhydd Covert Campsite. They were all up for the challenge on the saturday morning the annual sponsored walk "The Pledged Plod" many Parents and Family members arrived, registration then took place and off we went. Once we had finished we all had lunch back at our camp. Our young people were then off to the Safari Park for an enjoyable afternoon.
The weekend included a Blind Trail Camp Fire Climbing Archery and Rifles. The Group Scout leader Mark Woodward said " We had a few young people who had not camped before, but it was great to see everyone have fun".
