THIEVES have broken into a Kidderminster home and have stolen a car from the driveway.

The occupant woke up to hear the front door of the property closing in Land Oak, at around 2.20am on Monday, March 21.

The victim noticed the vehicle, a black Honda Civic – registration plate BD57 PXO – was missing from the drive, at the front of the property.

It has been established that the offender has entered the property through the front window and taken the vehicle keys which were in the kitchen along with a wallet and handbag, and then stolen the vehicle.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 0027S of March 21.
