VANDALS smashed a car window and then threw paint over the windscreen.
The vehicle had been parked in Park Lane, in Kidderminster, between 4pm and 11.25pm on October 4.
Anyone with information is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 0805S of October 4.
