UNKNOWN offenders have poured a tin of paint over a car in Kidderminster causing damage.
The incident took place in Chaddesley Road, between 5.45pm and 6.45pm on February 19.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 0377S of February 20.
