BEWDLEY Concert Band will be putting on an evening of carols and seasonal delights to kick start Christmas festivities.
Taking place on at St Anne’s Church on Sunday December 21, at 7.30pm, the It’s Christmas evening features performances of festive favourites.
Sally Prior, a member of the band, is also appealing for new members to join them in the new year.
“We are a friendly bunch who have fun while learning and making music," she said.
"We currently have around 50 members playing a wide range of instruments and anyone is welcome to come along to either the academy or main band rehearsal – we especially need a tuba player.
“Make 2015 the year to put some music back in your life.”
Tickets, priced at £7.50 for adults and free for under 16s, are available from Bewdley Tourist Information Office, the band website, band members or on the door on the night.
