MAINLY steep hill grazing land at Bayton Common has been sold for £113,000 at auction.
The price for the 19.12 acres, known as Church Hill, exceeded the guide figure of £75,000 at the Tenbury Wells auction.
The land was bought by a neighbouring property owner.
