The club is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary this year.
The club has played at various venues throughout the years, but are currently based at the Elizabeth Mills Centre, in Stourport, where they meet regularly on a Wednesday between 7-10.15pm and it offers a friendly environment in which to play the competitive game.
Bridge is one of the most popular leisure activities in Britain, with more than 300,000 people playing on a regular basis. It is widely recognised as one of the best card games for four people and is played throughout the world.
The club also have a team of teachers who run a programme based upon the English Bridge Union’s “Bridge For All”
syllabus. The course is suitable for beginners and will be held at Church House, in Areley Kings, on Thursday evenings, between 7-9pm.
