At our October meeting Eileen Ellis owner of Debut in Hagley hosted a fashion show to a packed Village Hall. Guests were given a glass of wine whilst enjoying the fashion show.
In November we welcomed Annette Hughes whose subject was ‘Looking Good and Feeling Great’. Annette runs her own business in Solihull called ‘Colour Confidence’ and she demonstrated, with the help of our President Val who was her model for the evening, how to choose shades to flatter our natural colouring.
This was followed by a makeup demonstration.
In December we held our Christmas Party, it was a very relaxed evening with mulled wine and a superb buffet.
On the 16 January we look forward to hearing from Mr Berry about ‘Humour in Retirement’.
The February Feast will be celebrated at The Granary Restaurant on Wednesday, 20 February.
We extend a warm invitation to anyone who would like to come and visit, you will be made very welcome.
Our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month in Broome Village Hall commencing at 7.30pm.
