Building half destroyed by fire
HALF of a brick outbuilding in Cookley has been destroyed by fire in the early hours of yesterday.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Kidderminster were alerted at 2.35am and attended the incident at a property in Lea Lane.
The crews were able to extinguish the flames using a hose reel jet augmented from open water.
