WI – At the January meeting, members discussed a possible visit to the ballet at Malvern, a jumble sale in March and a hygiene refresher course. A member was elected to go to the National AGM in London in June. A date was agreed for a meeting with the link WI in June for a trip to Hartlebury Castle.
Two members who had been to Denman College gave a poetic report of their course on the Alexander Technique.
The speakers came from the organisation Home-Start, which works with families with at least one child under five years old, who are finding the need for support.
Arrangements were made for the party of ten going to the dowsing course later this month.
The next meeting is on February 10 at 7.45pm at the Far Forest Centre when the speaker’s subject is the history of stained glass. Everyone welcome.
