LUCKY members of a Hagley school choir are getting the chance to perform at Birmingham Town Hall alongside Britain’s Got Talent stars.

Hagley Catholic High School's chamber choir will appear on stage at BGT runners up Richard and Adam’s concert this evening (Friday, March 6), where they will perform two songs with the brothers.

Sophie Evans, runner up in BBC talent show Over The Rainbow’s search for Dorothy, will also be singing on the night.

Mandy Willis, music teacher, said: “They pupils are really excited. They have done quite a few public gigs before and have sung for dignitaries, but they are very excited to be singing with Richard and Adam.

“This is such an exciting opportunity for the choir and this will be one of their final performances as a number are leaving for university.”

The choir, consisting of nine girls and four boys, will also have one solo performance, where they will be accompanied by a string quartet led by musical director Rob Willis.
