HEIGHTINGTON VILLAGE HALL: More apples than you know what to do with? Don’t let them go to waste. Bring them along to Heightington Village Hall on October 15 10-4pm and have them pressed into delicious juice for a small cost.
Plastic containers for the pressed juice will be available to purchase. The resulting juice can be consumed fresh, can be frozen or even made into cider!
Please don’t bring rotten or windfall fruit, particularly from orchards that have been recently grazed by animals
Tea, coffee and cakes will be available on both days, together with bacon butties and ploughman’s lunches.
