TALENTED Kidderminster pupils are being invited to join a performing arts academy ahead of its West End debut.
Students at the Pauline Quirke Academy, in Bridgnorth, have been invited to take part in a performance of a new musical written specially for young people at Her Majesty’s Theatre, in London.
More than 50 students from the academy, which has students aged four to 18, will feature in the show on July 7.
Principal Julian Elcock said: “It is a great opportunity for students to gain experience of working in a professional environment and to perform on one of the iconic stages in this country.
"The students come to classes every Saturday morning and this is a chance to put all that they have learned into practice.”
