Lieutenant Gerald Lewis Brinton’ will be the subject of an illustrated talk by Goff Jones at the meeting on Tuesday, February 26 Lt Brinton RN was the youngest member of the British Schneider Trophy team. He was killed off Calshot when his machine dived into the sea just after he had taken off on his first flight in the seaplane in 1926.
This will be the last event to be held in the present meeting room at Kidderminster Library. It starts at 7.30pm.
There will be a small admission charge which includes light refreshments. Non-members are welcome.
