MUSIC lovers made a bee-line for Kinver at the weekend as the village staged its second music festival.
Pubs and clubs came together to host a wide variety of music designed to cater for all tastes.
Organisers are already hailing the festival a huge success which continued the carnival type atmosphere following close on the heels of Kinver Country Fayre.
Tim Charnock, of the organising committee, said: "I spent all of Sunday at Dunsley Hall where artists played to a full house for the entire eight hours. There must have been a continual crowd of between 300 to 400 although I think plenty of visitors took full advantage by moving from one venue to another.
"Kinver Music Festival is growing steadily and the event is now firmly established in the village diary and I hope we can attract the same level of support for next year."
