At the March AGM, Angela Chipp was re-elected president for the coming year and additionally two extra members volunteered for committee which was much appreciated.
The next meeting is on Tuesday, April 8 at Foley Park Methodist Church, Brinton Close, off Brinton Crescent starting at 1.30pm when David Clark will give a talk on “Worcester Convicts - rags to riches.
There will be a raffle and a trade stall at this meeting and members will be able to obtain their new printed programme for the year.
Foley Park are hosting the Leys Group meeting on Tuesday, April 15 at 7.30pm at the Methodist Church and members are asked to be available to help on the night.
The evening will take the form of a “Murder Mystery” with committee members playing the various roles.
There will be a raffle and the competition is an Easter card.
