A 24-year-old drug dealer who exposed himself to women in a subway has been jailed for four years.

Jermaine Williams was tracked down to a dealers' house in Kidderminster by the GPS device on a stolen iPad he had taken in exchange for drugs, Worcester Crown Court heard.

Police who went to the house in Windsor Drive on December 5 last year saw Williams drop a bag carefully from a window so he could collect it later.

It was found to contain 40 wraps of heroin and inside the house were a further four wraps of heroin and nine of cocaine worth about £500, Nicholas Cartwright, prosecuting, told the court. Police also found £645 in cash and a dealers list as well as the iPad stolen in a raid on a house in Shrubbery Street, Kidderminster, a couple of days before.

"It was a drug dealers' house he and others were dealing from," Mr Cartwright said. "He had taken the stolen iPad in payment."

Williams, now of Pike Close, Handsworth, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply, one of possessing cannabis for his own use and one of handling stolen goods.

He was also in court to be sentenced after a trial in which he was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Comberton Hill early in the morning on January 24 this year and indecently exposing himself to different women at St Mary’s subway, off the St Mary’s Ringway, on January 21 and January 24.

Delroy Henry, defending, said Williams had not realised it was a dealers' house when he had moved in. He said he was ill-equipped as a young man to deal with a family tragedy in 2012 and he had left his supportive background.

Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins said the women in the Kidderminster offences had been very upset by what had happened. Williams had a long list of previous convictions, including indecent exposure and sexual assault.

He was given three years on each of the supply charges, three months for possession and six months for handling, all to run concurrently. That was added to 12 months concurrent on each of the sex charges, making a total of four years.
