WYRE FOREST charity "Simply Limitless" has launched a course to help local people to "live life to the full".

The sessions are being held at the charity's wellbeing centre in Puxton Lane, Kidderminster.

Paul Raper, director at Simply Limitless, said: "Dealing with mental wellbeing is a key issue and one which we, as a charity, are looking to address in various ways.

"This new course is really effective in helping people overcome the everyday issues which we face."

The "Living Life to the Full" course teaches key life skills to help people feel better, happier and more in control of their lives.

Mr Raper said it was also very useful for anyone caring for someone who was depressed or unhappy.

The course, run by qualified trainers, focuses on issues such as sleeping better, feeling happier, confidence, losing weight and stopping smoking.

The first session was held on October 2 and more courses are planned.

More information about the course is available at www.simply-limitless.org or by phoning 01562 751144.
