A KIDDERMINSTER hearing centre and its staff have been nominated for a national excellence award.
The town’s Specsavers branch, in Coventry Street, has beaten hundreds of its counterparts around the UK to be shortlisted for the 2014 Specsavers Excellence in Hearcare award.
It recognises the store that demonstrates a passion for hearing care as well as showing exceptional customer service standards and receives regular positive customer feedback.
Tim Reeves, store director, said: “We’re thrilled to be in the running for this fantastic award.
“We take pride in providing not only the best optical care, but also the best hearing care.
“We cannot wait to see if we win and our hard work has paid off.”
The Kidderminster team will discover if they have been successful in winning the award at a gala dinner awards ceremony on Saturday, December 6, at Birmingham’s ICC, where this and seven other awards, including Excellence in Customer Service, will be announced.
