Kidderminster seeks talent for carnival

TALENTED performers are being given the chance to shine at Kidderminster Carnival next month.
The Brinton Park bandstand will host a showcase of acts following the success of last year’s inaugural Kidderminster’s Got Talent event.
A sound system and DJ compere will again be provided by Impact for Events, giving singers and musicians the chance of performing in front of the large carnival crowd on Saturday, June 23.
Carnival chairman Colin Hill said: “It’s not a competition but a great opportunity for performers of all ages to put their talents in the spotlight.
“Last year’s showcase proved a popular attraction at the carnival and we are hoping to build on that success with even more performers this year.”
