A MOTORIST was lucky to escape serious injury after a car flipped over in a road smash near Kinver.
The vehicle landed on its roof in the incident in Gibbet Lane, Whittington, at around 7.30pm on Saturday evening.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene and found the casualty already out of the car - and paramedic Stu Hill tweeted: "Amazingly no serious injury."
The male driver of the car, believed be in his mid 20s, suffered only minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.
