WI advisor Marjorie Whiting to handled the business of the AGM. Financial and secretarial reports were read and adopted and, after election of the new committee, Val Evans was re-elected as president for her second year of office.

The Christmas party will be held on Monday, December 14 at the Sun and Slipper, meet at 7pm for 7.30pm. Each member should bring a present for the bran tub.
The new logo for WI is ‘inspiring women’ and the institute welcomes visitors and new members to its meetings, which are held every second Monday in the month at Mamble Village Hall starting at 7.30pm.
