The Christmas party was held at The Sun and Slipper, Mamble on December 14. Entertainment was provided by Peter, Carolyn and Brendan, who performed well-known songs ranging from the 60s to the seasonal favourites, with a lot of audience participation, especially in the singing of The Twelve Days of Christmas, which ended their performance.
The New Year starts with the January meeting on Monday at Mamble Village Hall, at 7.30pm. A representative from Kemp Hospice will give a talk, there is the usual trading stall and the competition is ‘my favourite Christmas card’. New members and visitors welcome.
