Pound the Bounds

A variety of walks, in the most beautiful of Worcestershire countryside, will help raise funds for rhe Midlands Air Ambulance in next month’s ‘Rock Pound the Bounds’ The annual charity walks, which take place on May 5, have re-established an ancient tradition of Beating the Bounds that used to be performed annually to remind locals of their parish boundary.

The Midlands Air Ambulance has teamed up with ‘Rock Pound the Bounds’ to raise funds on the annual charity walks on May 5.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, March 21 at Rock Village Hall, DY14 9SD (Ref 735712) and will be followed by a short walk.

The walk on Thursday, March 7 begins at 10.30am from Bringsty Common, Bromyard Downs, WR6 5UQ (OS reference 698551). Park off the A44 by the turning for the Live & Let Live.
